Custom On-site Training: HOW IT WORKS? 1.) Pick date on calendar and the number of hours you would like us to be on-site providing custom training. 2.) Let us know what areas you want to focus on and if the time permits we will cover everything. If not you can schedule additional bookings at a later date. 3.) If you are not sure how to use the software at all we can always take you through the basics. Be sure to let us know if you need us to start from the very basics. 4.) How much does it cost? Their is an hourly cost of 40/per hour & travel expense (travel cost will vary based on your location). After confirming your business or organization address you will be sent an estimate for travel cost. Basic Website Completion: In addition to custom training we also are able to add content to your website using an existing theme in Xara Web Designer software. Although we don’t recommend this method since the design in the software are not as professional as they could be it is nonetheless an option if you are on a tight budget. HOW IT WORKS? 1.) Use web form on contact us page let us know how many pages you want us to add content too. (content is consider text, pictures, video and audio). • Their is a max of 30 photos (additional photos are $5) o You must provide us with the photos you want on your site • Max of 2 audio files (additional audio files are $5) o You must provide us with the audio in MP3 format • Text is unlimited (You must provide us with text the way you want it to appear on your website). Text must be provided in word document or additional fees may apply. • 1 page is consider at max 1200 pixels by 1200 pixels • How much does it cost? We charge $35/per page of added content. What about Custom Xara Templates? We currently do not build custom Xara Templates on-site do to the time that is needed to develop designs. However our standard rates are listed at the top of our page $200 for the homepage and $125 per additional page.
